Apple opens a 15-story Minsk Square office in Bengaluru as it continues to expand frontiers in India and deepen its tentacle. This is a welcome development in keeping with current technological trends.
Apple launched a Bengaluru office on Wednesday as it expands in India. The new office in Minsk Square in the city center can accommodate 1,200 people. The company says the workplace will utilize 100% sustainable energy, features native plants throughout, and employs locally sourced stone, wood, and fabric for walls and floors.
Workers at Apple’s Bengaluru headquarters will be involved in a variety of business areas, such as operations, customer support, information systems and technology (IS&T), hardware, software, and services.

In addition, there are designated lap spaces and rooms for wellness and collaboration within the structure. There are about 3,000 Apple workers in India, and up to 1,200 can work in the company’s new 15-story headquarters.
According to Apple, the new structure strives for a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification and is entirely powered by renewable energy. Since 2018, the company has only used renewable energy in any of its facilities. Two years later, the company’s corporate activities became carbon neutral.
