Ogun State Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), has confirmed the death of a motorcyclist after he was hit by a truck along the Idiroko road in Ota area of the gateway state
The Sango Ota Area Commander of TRACE, Mr. Adekunle Ajibade revealed to Newsmen that the accident occurred on Friday morning
According to him, the remains of the deceased had been handed to his family members
Ajibade warned road users to desist from driving against traffic in order to avoid unnecessary loss of lives
“We urge truck drivers to maintain an average speed limit to curtail road mishaps.
“We also send our condolences to the family members of the victim and pray to God to grant them the fortitude to bear the loss.”.
