The President of Nigeria, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has arrived his hometown of Daura, in Katsina State on Friday evening ahead of the Eid-el- Kabir celebration.
President Buhari who had earlier arrived the Umaru Musa Yar’Adua International Airport, Katsina, was flown to his hometown in an helicopter.
He was welcomed by the Emir, Alhaji Faruq Umar, and other important dignataries in the town.
It can be recalled that President Buhari just attended a conference in Senegal and has returned to the country.
