Mrs Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, Tinubu’s daughter, believes that her father Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential flagbearer, will use his expertise as governor to build Nigeria.
This was stated by Tinubu-Ojo, who also serves as the director of the Lagos State Markets (Iyaloja General) while accepting her designation as the grand patroness of the Tinubu Vanguard on Thursday in Abuja.
Recall that Tinubu Vanguard is a leading organization that supports Tinubu in his bid to become president.
In charge of Lagos State from 1999 until 2007, Tinubu is acclaimed by many to have done exceptionally well.

The APC candidate would undoubtedly succeed as president of Nigeria, according to Tinubu-Ojo, who claims that Lagos is a miniature version of Nigeria and that it has been brilliantly governed.
She claimed that the candidate was in the best position to build on President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration’s successes and address areas where there were still problems.
“The present government has done well in many areas, but there is still much to be done. Tinubu’s presidency will surely consolidate on present achievements and improve in other areas,” she said.
Dr. Benjamin Johnny, the Director-General of Tinubu Vanguard, had earlier stated that the organization’s motivation was the desire for a better Nigeria.
Johnny stated that in order to address the current economic and security difficulties, Nigeria required a leader with the experience of Tinubu.
He claimed that Tinubu-selection of Ojo as grand patroness was motivated by her Iyaloja role, which demonstrated her undying love for serving humanity.
“Tinubu is now a father to all Nigerian progressives who see him as a symbol of excellence and service delivery, and we are committed to ensuring his success at the polls, ” he said.
