THE Senior Pastor of the Omega Fire ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, in his Sunday sermon today honored the souls of his departed aides who were murdered within the week.
“It is expected that every normal thinking human should be reasoning of ways to take care of the families as of this moment and not disrespecting the dead,” Apostle Suleman said in honor of the departed aides.
In his sermon, the Apostle said he was pained by the level to which people will go to gain relevance on social media.
In his words: “The fact that we don’t come out to debunk every thing every one says does not mean that your voice is louder than ours, we can destroy you with just one post, but I have been quiet, because my children whom I respect have told me to be quiet but I cannot be any longer”.
He also added: “Even if I knew what was the cause of their death, I must allow for proper Investigation which is expected of every sane person and not creating narratives about rituals; let there be respect for the dead, but it is quite unfortunate that those who are making allegations of rituals are saying that because that’s what they partake in, but I have no business with such”.
He also cleared the air about the many other rumors, one of which included the Police officer which claimed to be the sole supplier of mobile police to the Apostle.
“I have never met him and I have never for once ordered for mobile police in my life, I went online yesterday and I replied his post, but if afterwards, he is dismissed from his duty the internet will again say I caused it which is one reason I don’t like responding.”
Another was the story of the young man who said he knew him personally. In response to this, he noted that “The young man was only living and helping out from the boys quarters so I don’t know how him.”
Apostle Suleman also warned everyone about social media and its vices. He implored everyone to make their own personal findings in reality and not rely on what young people posing yo be authorities online are posting to blackmail celebrities and politicians.
“I am not a preacher that brainwashes my congregation, I teach what is right, moral and conforming, I don’t go around telling people what I am, I allow my members to see me for what I am and they decide if my character is of resemblance to what the online nay sayers portray.”
The Apostle continued by making reference to a popular media platform online whose name he choosed not to disclose.
“Real media is Journalism not gossip, the truth is when people get to discover who this people are they would get angry with themselves because these are young people that they are attributing royal names to, and they thrive by blackmailing renowned personalities”
Apostle Johnson Suleman and his entourage were recently involved in an attack.
