THE Government of Akwa Ibom State has announced to the general public that it will be undertaking operations on fighter jets around the riverine areas of the state.
This was disclosed in a press release issued by the state government on Sunday.
“Public Notice
This is to bring to the notice of the general public that there will be regular fighter jet operations undertaken by the Nigerian Air Force around the riverine areas of Akwa Ibom state from Monday, 24th – Friday, 28th October, 2022.
The general public is by this notice urged not to panic at the sight of these fighter jets, as they are on a routine exercise,” the statement read.
