Snap stated today that it will be launching an integration with the link-in-bio tool Linktree. This connection will allow users to showcase their work/skills and other Snapchat profiles. The social network is late in allowing links in creator profiles. Previously, it only permitted companies and Snap Stars — the most popular creators who participate in a special program — to insert links.
The partnership which was first announced in April, will now allow users with a public profile to incorporate links to their Linktree profile. Any user over the age of 18 can create a public profile on Snap.
to include their Linktree URL and any other URL, Snapchat users can go to their public profile, click on edit, and select “Website or Linktree”. As stated earlier, this permits users to include any other URL as well. Linktree, on the other hand, is increasing the visibility of Snapchat profiles on its service.

Creators can also use the link-in-bio feature to display their Snapchat profile on their Linktree page, complete with a social icon and a button that says “Add me on Snapchat.” Linktree will also be included in Snapchat’s default share sheet.
Linktree additionally offers three months of Linktree Pro as part of this integration. Premium subscriptions include extra features such as email and phone number gathering, the ability to integrate the most recent tweets and YouTube videos, and NFT lock.
Snapchat expanded its program earlier this year to share ad revenue with qualified creators based on followers and monthly Snap views. In addition, the company created a Public Stories feature, which allows users to share their Stories with everyone rather than just their followers or friends.

Linktree is expanding its payment options and social network integrations in order to become the best link-in-bio solution for creators. TikTok unveiled its Profile Kit with the Australian startup last year. In January, the firm added a ‘Buy me a Gift’ option for creators. The Wall Street Journal reported earlier today that these programs are gaining popularity and have targeted people like Adam Waheed.
Linktree purchased Sequoia-backed link-in-bio business Bento last month but has not specified what it intended to do with the product.
