THE Senate has officially confirmed former Director Human Resources of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Edward Lametek Adamu, as the Deputy Governor of CBN.
Mr Adamu is to complete another tenure in office as the Deputy Governor of CBN.
Meanwhile, the Senate also confirmed CBN Deputy Governor, Mrs Aisha Ndanusa Ahmad to run for the position again for the second and last time.
Their confirmation by the Senate is coming after reports were presented by the Chairman of the Committee on Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions, Senator Uba Sani.
