As the dispute over who is the originator and the rightful owner of the hit song Machala deepens, popular comedian Carter Efe has accused his estranged music collaborator, Berri Tiga, of pandering to the public’s pity.
He said that Hotkid had to be cut off the song, but their falling out has gotten so bad that the former has unfollowed the latter on Instagram.
According to popular belief, Wizkid, a Grammy Award winner from Nigeria, is the subject of Machala.
As he provided a screenshot of their chats, Efe continued by saying that Tiga wanted to make peace with him in private but accused him of causing issues in public.
