The independent electoral commission has come compiled and released the legal structural framework on which the upcoming general elections will be run with.
It includes regulations, guidelines and conducts for the upcoming elections.
this is to ensure that everything runs orderly and goes according to plan, and also to ensure that every legal expectation is met and observed before, during and after the elections.
INEC Chairman Professor Mahmood Yakubu, said with the presentation of the Regulations and Guidelines, the Commission has concluded formal preparations for the polls.
Also he said this is the first time the Commission is releasing the guidelines nine months to the general elections.
