Remains of Senator Buruji Kashamu will be interred by 12 noon on Sunday, 9th August, 2020, in his Ijebu-Igbo country home, in accordance with Islamic rites.
This was contained in a statement released by the family of the deceased; Shodipe Kashamu family of Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State.
The statement which was signed by the media adviser to the late Senator, Austin Oniyokor, has it that the patriarch of the family, Senator Buruji Kashamu died at age 62.
Kashamu breath his last on Saturday 8th August at a private hospital in Lagos as a result of complications from covid-19.
