Senator Francis Alimikhena, who represents Edo North, has condemned the attack on the convoy of the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), Apostle Johnson Suleman, which resulted in the killing of police officers and some of his domestic staff last Friday.
On Monday, in Abuja, Senator Alimikhena’s media aide, Benjamin Atu, released a statement in which he condemned the brutal attack.
The legislator encouraged security authorities to rise to the occasion and bring the masterminds and perpetrators of the attack to account.
The senator from Edo North expressed his condolences to the clergyman and the families of the tragedy victims.

He also prayed that God would grant eternal rest to the souls of the deceased and console their families.
In addition, the Senator reassured the inhabitants and natives of Edo North that he and his colleagues in the National Assembly would continue to work with the states to enact legislation that will improve security at all levels of government.
As security is everyone’s concern, he also urged Nigerians to assist security authorities with timely intelligence by reporting odd movements around them.
