After releasing the popular song “Zazoo Zeh” in December of last year with rapper Olamide and singer Poco Lee, Portable gained fame.
Since then, he has been in the news for contentious reasons.
The singer of “Zazoo Zeh” was nominated in May for the 15th Headies’ “Best Street Artist” and “Rookie of the Year” categories.
The award organizers, however, disqualified him after he made death threats against everyone who won a category and claimed to have started the rumored cult known as “One Million Boys” in Lagos.
Additionally, Portable made fun of the award’s sponsors and singer Goya Menor for taking home the prize for “Best Street Hip Hop.”
