The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, today held a meeting with the Presidential Candidate of the Action Alliance (AA) Hamza Al-Mustapha, at his residence in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
However, the agenda of the meeting between Wike and Al-Mustapha was not disclosed to the public as none of them spoke to journalists after their meeting.
But, feelers have suggested that the meeting was held in consonance with Al-Mustapha consultations ahead of forthcoming general elections.
The AA presidential candidate was a former Chief Security Officer to the late General Sani Abacha who ruled as Military Head of State between 1993 and 1998.
